How to stay fresh this coming summer!

1. Use a long lasting and effective deodorant roll on and spray on a daily basis. Follow this with the use of a fresh fragrance of your choice. Pick a formulation that has a light citrus or musk note.

2. If you have puffy eyes, splash some ice cold water or better still, soak some cotton balls in cold water and place them on the eye area for about five minutes.

3. Ensure to wipe your feet and dry them well after a shower. If you have issues with bad foot odour, you may dust some talcum powder on your feet, before you put your socks or shoes on. Wear cotton socks that are changed daily, as synthetic blends will make your feet sweat and smell more.

THAT SCUMMY RESIDUE ON YOUR SOAP DISH?
Imagine it on your skin. If that sounds gross, then maybe it's time to switch to a gel. According to a Thai study, gel cleansers are less likely than soap to disrupt your skin's pH.              Getting a Perfect Skin!

Douse and smother your body with a nourishing and
hydrating water based body lotion. This will prevent the skin from drying out and feeling dry and flaky in the summer months ahead.
The lotion wont just protect your body from visible signs of ageing but will also leave it smooth to touch and feel.
Tip: Shower before bed. Dry yourself well then apply evenly - especially around the fold areas and problem spots that are prone to creases, lines and stretch marks.
